Event on Wed!! Mon reached office saw new sign-ups. One day before event still got sign-ups!

Teachers, why you all so last minute one!?

Busy busy week. Need to get many stuffs prepared and ready;the goodie bag, comp entry form, signages, etc. Then wed need to reach on time to set up the place. And i was the only one on time! So most of the things I got them prepared de. So proud of myself. Before the rest came, almost everything was ready! :D And the first teacher was sure early! 35 min before starting time. Set-up halfway only..

So glad that this event finally ended successfully with 19attendees.! :)

Also, half the internship period gone! Half more to go! :D

Week 11

The week to decide whether or not to carry with the small event that I’m in charge of. 5 sign-ups.. Not worth all the money spent. Moreover, 4 from same school. Outing or what.?Lol.

So need to try to get more teachers to sign up by calling more schools. And to decide the next step to take.. But in the end still decided to continue but with smaller group.

Week 10.

Took MC for my invisible rashes which doctor said it’sallergies. Dunno allergic to what though..

And on fri, went to watch ONE production by SYDC. Tell me how not to be happy on week like this. :D

Week 9.

Woohoo~ No government on 2-3 days of the week cos most of the full timers are on course.

But well, still need to get things done and I did something wrong by sticking to the targeted deadline.. Well, guessworking is different from sch. Sch you must die die stick to the deadlines while at work, everything seems to pass the deadlines to get it done.

Oh well. You want me to decide things by myself and then I need to get approval too.

Thing learnt: Must get APPROVAL for everything!

I’m surprised at the number of schools that I called in a day. Moreover, I need to call for a few continuously. Cos I’m someone who hates calling ppl whom I dunno!

First public holiday for me on wed! Great week! 2 days work, 1 day rest, 2 days work and weekends are here again! But I need to come back to Sentosa on Sat to work! But it’s okay cos it’s something that I dun mind which is taking photographs at Spooktacular. :D

Bad week. Emotional week. Stressful week

I thought I’m strong but my body finally gave way and fall sick. First MC taken on thurs.
Also, I finally cannot take the stress and broke down.. Yes, in front of my supervisor, in front of my colleagues.. Might becos I’m still sick on that day. And my mind and heart just dunwanna hold back anymore.

And so this whole week, i were still doing the database everyday. Like a boring only.. haiz.
And had discussion meeting with the other 2 colleagues. So many things to do! Stress ah!
It seems like the whole project is being thrown to me and i have to handle all but how would i know who to contact for stuffs like logistics things?! Argh. Feel so useless as ever. T.T

On friday, there's a staff preview for Spooktacular! :D
went with my sis, my bro and my bro's gf. hehe. family outing eh..
But didn't manage to go for all the 6 trails! :< went for 4 only. apparently, the 2 trails that we didn't go are the more scary one! :<

Hugging my M&M cushion, listening to radio online, munching on biscuit and sometimes with a cup of milo. this was what i am doing everyday this week while i was updating schools database.
And i'm only at letter 'J' for primary sch! still got the rest of the letters and sec sch & private sch! D: Can takes weeks to do ah! But need it for one programme which i will be in charge of.. Supposed to be have meeting with the other 2 colleagues to discuss the programme but they are always so busy and they postpone till next mon! Like that where got enough time to meet the target timing ah..! T.T

ok, anyway, i wanna say i really have a great supervisor! She will be like afraid i dunno how to do or maybe afraid i do wrongly (?), then everytime when she explained something, in the end also she did or helped reply emails. lol. Like on friday, i were supposed to help with reports and emails by another colleague who was away on that day, all i dunno how to reply so i asked my supervisor. In the end, she said she will reply them. (Y)
Dunno if i will kenna say by the other colleague on mon anot cos later on in the day, there were emails that had encountered before and i know how to reply. but i didn't check the mail in the afternoon cos i were doing the database and another thing. So my supervisor emailed to other relevant people and CC me and the other colleague to ask about the problem. And i saw the email on sat.! GG. maybe will kenna said by the other colleague that i should know how to reply.. :/

i'm slowly getting used to waking up early and going to work everyday from 9am till 6.30pm.
Also trying to make my desk to be less empty. And i bought a M&M cushion from candylicious to leave it in office! :D And i left sweets and biscuits on the desk too! haha. growing fatter..

i know i know.. why i choose a frowning face right..? cos actually i want smiling face but the shape of the cushion is oval, not round. so i rather choose this orange round frowning face. haha

I remembered that the 4th week i had quite a few days i had nothing to do cos supervisor not around. And i actually used the time to do my own stuffs and also print own stuffs. hehe.

This week passed by very fast! (Y)

Surprise birthday cake by my colleagues and the TP interns on Wednesday. Thought no one would know. It was found out by one of the girls who added me on facebook that day! Anyway, i found out they bought the cake for me before the surprise but I didn't expect it. Only my third week there and they helped me celebrate. *touched* :')

Then, with thurs having SRC activity and fri amazing race.. time sure passed by fast.
My colleague had helped me registered for board game on thur. Fun but played till very stressed and tiring. Required memorizing and speed. Worried that the last will have forfeit and dun wanna to be the first too. But well, i represented my group for the last game to challenge with the other groups.
At first, I thought it would be very boring cos there's amazing race and soccer. Meant that those who are not interested in anything will just choose board game..? End up all very enthu and competitive. Come to think of that, office people are mostly received good education, meaning they will take everything very seriously.? So, they will also want to win in the board game..

For the amazing race on friday, i replaced my colleague as she was not able to join. It's a good thing that i joined cos my supervisor went for a course that day and was not in office. Gave me something to do. And i left the island early that day cos the whole event ended early! (Y)

week 2.

week 2 was ok. Had orientation on monday and got to know another intern from SP that is in the office!! but different department of cos. And got to know other part timers and RP interns as well.

Oh, I have wanted to share my opinions regarding office job and have been thinking to share one each post but guess i will eventually forget the thoughts that had went through my mind while i was working.

So, everyday when i sit down at my desk, I will be hearing the silence and the typing sound around the office. The first week when i had nothing much to do, the typing sound had added on to causing me to feel sleepy. I was wondering what is there to do early in the morning when one reach the office? Are the tasks daily routine or the upper level will assign tasks to them already in the morning?

Just some thoughts.. Anyway, my desk finally has a computer! :D Not that empty anymore. I gonna slowly bring stuffs to place on the desk. Half a year. Need some motivations!

1st week.

this blog is dead for 5 months and i'm back! haha
and i have decided to write a blog post every week till internship ends to help me count down. so by the end of the internship, there will be 24 posts. :D

The first week of internship was kinda boring and unproductive for me. Stoning there for most of the time was a test of patience. Work starts at 9am till 6.30pm. Tell me how to survive for 24 weeks? But i think i will slowly get more and more busy with so many events happening year end and when a new year starts. What a good period to be attached to the company during this busy period.

And it's my first experience at desk-bound work, i dunno if i like this type of job as it is still early to say for now. I wondered about my future.. haha.

ok, 2nd week started. GOGO! 4 more days to weekends! :D

realised that i missed out some day for my previous post.

my first experience to pulau ubin! :D
went there to cycle and explore the place. well, not really explore cos we just cycled one route. haha.
and yes, took photos~

rented our bikes at one of the shops. as we walked in, owners from different shops kept shouting for rental. so irritating. lol.

decided to go towards the direction of where i was pointing cos the auntie of the bike shop suggested there as the beach is there according to her.

pushing bikes on up slope cos very hard to cycle up and pushing on down slope for safety reason!

Helloooooooooooo! Super long never come blog le. haha. got complaint from E. HAHA.

so now is like holiday period, gonna blog about all the happenings, not only for during this holiday la.. if i remember the happenings way before. will be spamming of photos! xD

so during jan, went to watch WAVES15 concert by SP dance club with SPSD. went to support my fellow friends!! :D You all did great yo! Love all the choreography!

oh, and year 2 sem 2 is like the busiest of all which soooo many projects thrown to us to do!
and one of the weekends, i used it to do one project in the morning in sch, head over to C's house to do another which required hands-on and stayover at her house to do yet another project till late night before sleeping and continue to do the project the next day with the rest of the group. Chiong only!

this is what we did for one of the projects! baking!

stayover! second day, my hair like cui only.

then feb! CNY! the usual houses to visit.. both parents' side and this year SPSD had house-hopping to 3 houses! fun!

and not forgetting that SUJ students came over to Singapore! saw familiar faces! :D

and and, on valentines' day, i spent it with my dearest E at science centre! for the CSI thing! :D

decided not to put the scary one. quite disturbing. haha.

then came the long holidayyyy! had kenshu with new year 1s joining us! didn't sleep at night and spent the time playing poker card with wendy and jiaxia. hehe. second day cui only..

then next day, head over to punggol park to celebrate Y's birthday! broke from buying presents for them. haha. jkjk.
and i managed to crash FOC after the celebration! although for a while only...

am here to rant.
exam these two weeks.

everytime during exam period, i always think that how in the world am i going to memorise the whole lecture notes.
and i will thought of how did i did it during sec sch? memorising for bio, social studies,etc. like i would memorise the whole model answer for the essay questions. not one, but a few. where did i got the determination back then?
and why can't i have the determination now!?

come to think of that, how did i survive the past few sem's MSTs and exams? hmm..
maybe cos i procrastinate much more now in poly.
sec sch we also had homework to do and tests and exams were in the format of O' level, that is, to prepare us for O'level. so it's like studying the repeating stuffs.
now? every sem different modules and everytime during exams, it's like studying a whole new thing and u dunno how the questions will be like and u dunno what to study.

somehow, i'm not stressful for tml's paper. it's always the first paper that is not stressful cos u have got plenty of time to study before that.
i worried for the following papers. cos i dun like the feeling of being stress. it sucks. make me dun feel like studying. :/
but no worries, am in study mood now.
determined to start studying for next paper right after tml's paper.
I have to set my determination right and must!

2010 was definitely a wonderful year! A year that i got to meet more friends from everywhere.

I'm thankful to be able to meet PeiHsia, Yoksan, Choon Han, Wayne & Jac! You guys are really awesome people! Even though we are from different courses, even though we all have busy schedule, we still, no matter what, will find time to meet up. I treasure our friendships a lot a lot! You guys really care about one another, like when I dun talk much, you all will try to find topics to talk to me. I appreciated that, really. I always called han & wayne 损友, well you two are the most awesome 损友! :D Spent at least 14 hrs with me on my birthday even though you guys were tired. I'm touched ok!

and now 2011 resolutions!
- balance sch and work; find a better 2nd part-time job!
- try to stay healthy and reduce number of time sick in a year. ( this is hard, i still coughing now!)
- save up money to go cambodia (mar/apr?) and taiwan(sep?)!
- exercise and lose weight!
- have at least 6-7 hrs of sleep everyday! (this is difficult too! so many projects to do! argh!)

i think this is the busiest week for me this term.
doing uccd project this week for today's presentation. and yay, it's over!
and rush gems assignment whereby i only got time to do on wed and need to hand in today.
today walked to gems classroom and ppl were leaving!
we were so damn late cos went out of school to print!
luckily just in time to hand in the photos!! :D

and next wed got mice paper. need to start studying!!! self reminded!

never go work today cos when i was packing my bag today, i felt pain below my chest on the left side. for no reason. guess my body dun wanna go work bah. lol.

hello!
nov lo. almost 1 month never come here already! neglecting my blog. lol

it's the third week of sch now and i am slowly getting into the study mode. haha.
i actually did my tutorials this week! amazingly! LOL.

i think i am crapping now just to post something on my blog to make it alive.

and well, poly50 ended. if not its poly50 trainings on weds and sats.

although i joined last year, the experience is sure different this year from last year with new rules and in different group except that kristen still joined together with me and in same group.
so this year, i was the first runner and the last runner. i think last year i was the last runner too.
damn shiok! its like i can feel the joy of completing the whole race! woo~

yea. through this poly50, i believe spsd got more closer and we are like best friends now. lol. i anyhow say de..

been like chionging work till i going crazy.! LOL. think i wont stay long at sushitei.

so the past 1 month, it's work, poly 50 training, work, poly 50 training..
no life much eh?
oh yea, not forgetting that my birthday past not long ago.
really thank you to those who came down to marina barrage although its like nothing much to do there..
损友s, thank you for spending time with me for like 14hrs on that day. ♥ but that was because we had to send jac off at the airport..

then on 27th sep, my two girls celebrated my birthday belated. actually not only them, their 2 boys came too and yvonne's brother.

ice-skating, surprise cake, arcade for a while, then steamboat for dinner. enjoyed myself! :D

then next happening is the stayover at yoksan's house 2 days back on 10.10.10!

so went to shop for groceries as wayne gonna cooked fried rice for us to eat!! bought lots of drinks too and my koko krunch! haha.
then headed over to yoksan's house. started to cook not long later and prepared birthday present for our sotong by wrapping 10 layers of newspapers (we actually wanted to wrap 18 layers de..) and writing on a card.
then played the card game called 'bangs' while waiting for sotong to come. really very sotong, cos she supposed to reach earlier but something happened. i think she forgot her ezlink card or something and need to go back home to take. LOL.
oh, the sotong is Pei Hsia. hahaha.

after she came, continued playing for a while, then drank ice wine and gave pei hsia the present.
videoed the process of her unwrapping and stuffs. will upload on fb soon. xD
and seriously, she the sotong-est person i know ever. i dunno how she broke her specs into half. and so she became half blind sotong that night.

then we all sat at the dining table and started chatting. random stuff, our own problems and stuffs. got to know each other even more better. but well, i permanently afk just like wad they said. listened throughout without speaking. haha.

finally, some of us cannot take it, and we took turns to shower and its sleeping time.
the girls slept in yok san's room with air-con while guys slept at living room. xD
am a light sleeper. her sister woke up and i was waken up too. 7am only.. continued to sleep.
woke up only around 10am. was the first to wake up!
ate koko crunch for breakfast! hahaha. me and my koko krunch~

very long never blog le.. but i think wrong timing to blog. now is in the midst of exam!! lol
anyway, look at how busy i was during aug! going out almost everyday and causing to have no time to study..
so the updates of stuffs i did during the yog break.

it's for the sd institution meeting. was in the cultural group and is dance! agreed immediately when asked if i wanna dance anot. :>
and so the dance took up some of my time and after which got to know need to perform during suj exchange meeting on 4th sep. 2 days before fmah paper!

anyway, do i look like i drink often or i can drink a lot?? mr ronald kept pouring a bit more for me than the rest. tskk. or maybe is because my face won't turn red.
and so, after drinking so much, my head started spinning and spinning after the seminar. but luckily not all the way until night time. i think when i in train i feeling ok lo.

after the meeting get to know Manabu and Reika who were attached to spsd. both of them are so tall!!
went to yishun for dinner and someone's house for study meeting. after that, went to eat durians! :D

PLAYING WITH FIRE; PUSHING THE LIMITS.

From strangers to acquaintances to friends to comrades in faith in future.

Remember that time when I got to know that we can participate in yog, I was like very interested and excited to participate in it, whatever the item was. Cos this is a worldwide performance and it is a once in a lifetime thing. Its not like ndp which is every year and if I dun wanna join this year, I still can consider to join next year. But for yog, once this year gone, we dun get another chance to perform again.

Hence, I went for the audition with Wendy and cousins at syc. Did 4 counts of eights which I dunno for wad cos it's totally different from wad we were performing. I remembered the trainers saying about fire and water. And I was like thinking this is so cool. Then, the trainers asked who is afraid of fire, and only norman raised up his hand and said he scared of fire! Lol.

And so, waited for call to say we got in and was told that we will be in the fire group. I was like super excited la. Then came the first training at chij tpy school.. went admin to register then find choreographer which told us which group to go to. And tada, went to B1. That time was thinking, ain't we playing with fire? How come we in this group..? So told trainers about it and we went to fire group. But then, mx humji, haha, so we went back to be our fishes. I was super sad at that time for not being in fire group. Cos this is the only chance to play with fire and fire group only sd peeps can join while looking at the fishes group, so many fd peeps. Generation gap la..! :X But luckily got into B1, where still got a lot of sd peeps. :D And I not discriminating the fd peeps k.

So training, training, training. Didn't have much interaction with the rest as we always shiam when playing games. Heh. It was only until the training/rehearsal then we had more interactions and started to bond together while on the way to platform from f1 pit.
Really grateful for everyone in B1 including the trainers for making the trainings and rehearsals so enjoyable for me. ^^

This girl also tried to get the group together by suggesting to play games and stuffs, but we always shiam ah.. felt so bad now. :X And will also encouraged the group at the end of some trainings.

Eh, I like never talk to this guy before but can see that he is one playful boy who always played with wen xia and disturbing the trainers. Tsktsk.

Also never talk to this girl before cos she stand very far from me in formation and maybe cos she is the youngest ywd in the group.. But she is a sweet and cute ywd. :D

This guy ah, kept disiaoing me by hitting my helmet or pulling hair or on the light of my fish. Tsk. Really irritated some of the time especially on thursday after a long day in school. But luckily I so nice can tahan.. haha. But he can be nice at times, like helping me hold my fish while on the way to platform and throwing lollipops to me even if I dun want. Thanks eh! :)

year2 sem1 had ended last fri. great! now yog break for 3 weeks then revision week then exams whereby i got only 2 papers. :D
and this means saying byebye to half of the year 3s who will be going for itp for sem 2..
how time flies. :( it's like half of the poly life gone le, left another half only.
must appreciate and enjoy the time we have together.!!

yog coming to an end soon too. 14th aug. 1 more rehearsal and the opening ceremony. Jiayou ppl! this is the last lap le. dun give out till the end. and also enjoy the time we have together!

well, this break and then holiday gonna work work work and earn money money money! lol.

but yesterday finally got a time to relax and i went to watch movie! Break Dance ohh! nice! break dance + ballet. a magical combination.

second week of this term ended. have been really very busy with projects! and yay, TTP down. except walkasutra. now still have FBM, IHRO, BLAW and even GEMs also need to do report. please remind me to start FBM soon.

anyway, even though were really busy with projects, i still found time to slack and take a break.
first day of the term, yvonne and zhiyun made small cupcakes for the class. so sweet of them! ^^

then after blaw, my ttp group went to bugis to see the route we are taking for walkasutra.

partnered with jian huei and our group was DAKOTA! lol. circle line station. easy to remember. haha.
8 year1s in our group. so small la. but still ok leh. they will talked among themselves even before we played ice-breaking games.

so day 1 is ice-breakers, flag making, station games and gala night.
didn't really play a lot of ice-breaking games. they love to gossip! tsktsk.

flag making. lazy to help them paint cos i dun want to dirty my hands. hehe. but still tio paint on my legs by the beloved year1s. >.< group cheer also very fast done. short and sweet. 3 words, 3 seconds. haha.

station games with Wappo. haha. they are so slowww! we reached first station liao still need wait for them. LOL. due to the fact that my group is so small, i need to play the game. !!! first game jio wet le. T.T THROW FLOUR AND WATER AT ME DE!! fri. alarm rang and i continued to sleep for a while. then i suddenly sat up and started thinking should i go for ttp. :X think and think and i decided to go cos i thought of can go sch together with kristen. and i immediately got up and went to brush my teeth. see, i so good! haha

9 people went for ttp only. and i can only say that the tutor failed!!! he not sure some of the questions that we asked him and his answers also some wrong de!! waste my time going.. tsk.

then decided not to go for ihro. actually wanted to go for fmah de. and when we went to find ms tan cos jeremy wanted to ask about the bintan thing, ms tan asked if we were going for her class and i said i going. then ronald was like *cough cough*. i said i really going, he started coughing again.
sorry ms tan for attending ur class. :(

went to vivo for lunch with cheerene, yvonne, jeremy and clement. ate, walked around for a while and went to jeremy's house to slack. watched shows on miotv.

went to search for present on the day before the party with two 损友, wayne & han! xD
headaches over wad to buy.. then we walked walked and saw swarovski shop. so went in to see and bought a star charm.

then ate at astons for dinner. while queuing, idk why, we somehow started to sing songs. thought of all the nice and old songs and sing. and i'm the cheena side de, listen to chinese songs only. so they only know older songs and felt that older songs are nicer.
kept singing of any nice songs we thought of from the time we were queuing to eating to slacking at the fountain of wealth there.

i called them 损友 got a long story behind de. and is my mummy starts called them 损友 de. haha.
they kept going 'park 你全家'!! see, so vulgar! 损友就是损友! haha. keep polluting my innocent mind. tskk! hahaha.
then at one time, wayne said that words, han suddenly went 'beep beep beep beep' with the action of parking car. LOL. damn funny this one!

so yeap, next day party at lakeside.
ate food, camwhored, played games like the mrt game, cut birthday cake and stayed over at her house, mahjong-ed! OH, not forgetting the helium addiction! xD
wayne was addicted to sucking helium from balloons and talked like chipmunks. haha!

morning, went to catch the first train which we waited like for 20mins like that.

10-15 may 2010! JB Immersion Program! :D

will not go into details the 6 days.. just roughly say wad we did there. and spam with lots and lots of photos!! heh.

day 1: karaoke!

day 2: tour around front office and housekeeping. bowling!

day3: shopping at jusco! bought lots of food and a jacket there. hehe. will wear it in sch. :D

day4: tour around kitchens.

day 5: gala night performance. sad thing is it's raining so not at poolside.

day 6: home sweet home! ^^

most of the meals there were buffets. and we had jap, western & chinese meals there too. all very nice to eat. and not forgetting the coffee breaks in between lectures & tutorials.

day 4 dinner we 02 were the guests while 04 the servers. then day 5 lunch switch roles.

being the guests was very fun. get to do all sorts of nonsense. hahaha. was acting as jack neo's daughter with cheerene acting as jack neo, faith as jack neo's wife and yvonne as the mistress.
there's the mutes, blind man and colour blind granddaughter, gay partners, singers, another child with bo-chup mother and demanding taitais.
each role was so funny la..
like sitting on the floor with zhiyun who is the other child playing scissor, paper, stone. running to the gay partners and disturbed them. playing with knives. and asking for 5 glasses of water and everyone went do re mi together while i hit the glasses! xD

then switch roles. i not the server, i was the buffet runner instead. nothing much to do. just tried to help as much as i can like getting the food. 04 was great as the guests too. just too funny when i noticed them once in a while.

gala night performance. 02 danced bad romance. we were simply too awesome cos we learned the dance there for a few nights. 04 danced to korean songs. nice too. i like their dance. :)
oh, and i got the best buffet runner award. :) lol.
and i got this for the award.

for the 6 days there, most of the days, i slept at 2am+ and woke up at 7am. 5 hrs of sleep.. that's the reason why i always felt sleepy during lectures.
and ya, i love the HTHT session (heart-to-heart talk) although i was the audience most of the time. but well, who will be interested to listen to my story.. :/

Happy Mother's Day! ^^

back from camp. :D seriously, i dunno why i agreed to join this camp.
am in the food team, supposedly welfare team during night walk and station master. foc+fop roles. -.-
damn sian. but then i never do a lot stuffs during the camp.
cos the meals lunch and dinner were buffet. nothing to do.

then SUPPOSEDLY welfare team because night walk was cancelled. actually the night walk was under the table with archery as in its not in the proposal. but dunno wad happened and i heard that the security guards went to mlt12 to stop the archery from continuing with the night walk by bringing the guard dogs there. =.=
and we changed to courage walk. Zzz..

station master at clubroom. air-con!! :D hahaha. mostly was kristen who do the talking. so i slack there only. xD too bored until we played charade.

and today reached home at 4pm like that. if not, i will go find dtrm peeps at sentosa!! :(

before i go into week 1 of being a year 2, i want to write about my work at uss and that time foc mass outing.

so after fop from mon to thur, i worked on fri and sat. and sat is my last day of work there. yes, i quit after only working for 5 times at uss, not they fired hor!
i really learnt a lot there even though only 5 days.. cos my last 2 days there, i'm the cashier in the shop itself. so i learned how to do cashiering, start of shift which i need to count cash float and end of shift which need to do a of stuffs and cash drop. and i learned to be strong. thank you each and everyone of you that i meet from brown derby who make my work there very fun. and xian yao is the longest that i know since training days(:

last week FOP. am the station master and also considered saikang warrior. haha.

first day station masters need to paste or tie boards which say 'school of business'.
went back to mlt 9 where dtrm assembled just like last year.
and i stood at the door there to open door for the year1s and asked for their class, after which i tried my best to shout the class of the year1s hoping that their GLs will heard me as i compete with the mike.
taught the year1s dtrm cheer and tourism clap. i wonder if the version will change next year...
icebreaking games at classroom at T226 something. small classroom. played good morning, wacko and blow-wind-blow. they so good to each other not like us last year.. after blowing something, they won't move de leh.. i mean the rest won't squeeze to sabo ppl de! caused me to join the circle and squeezing them. lol.
then lunched at fc5. find a spot outside fc5. and they are so bonded that they want to wait for everyone to be back and eat together.
back to mlt9 for diploma head briefing while i zhao to do my gems registration.
then briefing for station games.
i'm at T15 there with 4 other facils doing this game of hula hoops. so lame. 1st group came, we dunno how the game was played as in the aim of this game. and the 1st game just kept passing the hula hoops for dunno how many rounds. lol.
then, we thought of how to improvise the game(:

third day. spice training for year1s while station masters were called to do saikang..! went to 3 classrooms to write on the boards the instructions for the classes when they were back.
then went fc4 to find my class for lunch. and realised that someone who dun have a class joined 02. O.o same as faith.. and i hope he bring life to this class cos he very sociable. talked to everyone easily.
back to classroom to issue tin cans and meet ptn. their ptn is last year's stats tutor. good tutor!
then briefing for facils at mlt12.

lunched with class before i left first back to sch.
haiz.. cos i volunteered the day before without knowing volunteer to do wad.
these 11 volunteers tml need to report outside sb office at 12pm....
wl, why i volunteered sia!!
went back with 2 other station masters and we were the first to reach lor. OC not there yet. tsktsk.
our jobs were to count money! ok, not everyone count. some count then the rest at counters.
when mr caleb said 1 person took 1 course, i immediately took the dtrm paper and said dtrm dtrm. damn retarded.
so we just wait for the classes to come back and pass some stuffs to them. and when they came back with the money and the paper. i just need to total up the amount on the paper to check if it's correct. waste time only cos mr caleb will calculate again. tsk. dun trust us.

cluster meeting earlier at 3pm. but i purposely took my time and reached at 3.30pm. and guess wad? i'm the 4th or 5th person to reach. -.-
and we slacked at mlt12 with someone playing some movie.
after that, went to eat at clementi and came back school and we finally started practising our cluster dance.

went down to assemble at mlt12 at 8pm.
showed the rest cluster dance.
and going to do props and prepared for night walk. food ics not scarers. not fun.
while event & log ppl went to walk the route, the rest of us do the props. damn sian.

day1
mac for breakfast then briefing before food ics went out to be the guides from mrt station to sb.
me and partner were just outside the gate of sb.
dunno why some campers came so early lor.. like 1hr+ before the time to come?
halfway, desmond and jian huei from dtrm came to join us. and we started asking the campers which course they are in.
and they damn bad la.. those not dtrm, they purposely say walk straight or point towards the road. -.- hahaha

after that, back to mlt12. phantom only got 3 dtrm ppl i think.
start of camp, speech by director and tony. then separate girls and guys and lecturer said some stuffs.
and its cluster activities.
taught them cheers all these..
and no time to play ice breaking games. tsktsk. also nearly not enough time to do the globes.

then its zonal challenge.
food ics nothing to do. Zzz..! we can go anywhere we want. so i anyhow joined a group from phantom and jumped over to another group when i saw them. jumped here jumped there de. damn boliao.

after zonal challenge, the campers went to bathe. and now food ics got things to do le.
cos going to dinner time. went to transport campers' dinner from fc3 to fc5.
when they were preparing for gala night, i again anyhow joined here joined there. nothing to do.
the rest went off to prepare for night walk le.!!

when night walk was ready, food ics try the route first. me and my partner walked the sb route. nothing much de.. not scary de. maybe only at toilet there then scary.
when the campers started walking, i nothing to do again. and me and my partner thought of scaring the campers ourselves. but well, stupid partner everytime disappeared and i had to go find him. after a while, i sian liao. decided to dun care him and walk around myself.
used tin cover to scare ppl by throwing down the stairs cos got the noisy sound.

stay around at toilet area and the last area there..
cos right i kena scolded by others at near fc5 de staircases there. cos i was asking the campers if they want biscuits anot. and the scarer hiding in the coffin thought is facils cos we were chatting. -.-
so i dun want to walk back there liao. haha.

after everyone finished the sb route, i went over to eee route there to find my partner.
and i also got try walked the route after everyone finished walking.
it seems like this route is more scary.

ok, night walk over, finally can go bathed le.
after bathing, already 4+am le. and food ics need to report at 6.45am!!
dun feel like sleeping so just lie there and rest. but still slept for a while.

day2
woke up at 5.35am. everything like spinning like that. damn bad. was not feeling well that day cos having stomach cramps.
but i still tried to help ok!
ate medicine and felt better.

after breakfast is mass dance.
partner sleeping so i no one to dance with. and i just press the song. heh.
they learnt damn fast! half and hour enough lo.

then went back mlt12 before water and dirty games.
got 2 clusters still not back yet, so marcus was in front entertaining everyone.
he's such a joker la. kept laughing and laughing until my stomach cramps came back.

while the campers were playing the games, food ics had to prepare lunch but i rest at fc5.
and i was there for almost the whole day doing nothing but resting.
then dinner time ok liao. helped them out.

and gala night at moberly there.
a lot of sorry sorry. lol. but everyone did a great job yea!
then mass dance and disco night.
high a while then sat down to watch the rest on stage.

bathed and sleeping time!
too tired that i fell asleep soon after i closed my eyes while the rest wrote notes for each other.

day3
food ics again need to report earlier. Zzz.
first to reach again.(day 2 morning also first to reach) and i just realised the other pairs purposely took their time so they no need to help carry the food. tsktsk.
campers had roti prata while facils had mac. we were good enough to give our ice milos to the campers. (:

and had a surprise for fiona cos its her birthday! bought a cake for her!

and its also pei ying's birthday! and they had to do dare which is superglue!
those telling the body parts damn evil one. but they kena demo. hahaha. serve them right!

then is prize giving ceremony.
although marcus's dream has shattered, we still won the 1st and 2nd place for the zonal challenge.
marcus's dream is to be the first cluster!
nvm, everyone had fun can le.

then own cluster's time. speeches, photo taking, blah3..
and yay, we having outing on last day of holiday! :D

ok, the end of foc.
sadly, i dunno any campers from phantom. ok la, maybe a few but they dunno me. T.T
the notes all is facils wrote for each other de. and most of them wrote to me is about food de la.
oh, got 1 camper wrote to me. but i think is because when i was writing my name on the envelope, i turned around to the back and said to the campers sitting behind me to write notes for me. LOL. and got 1 wrote for me!! i damn touch can!!! thank you!! :D

a few weeks ago on 30th mar, we went picnic at marina barrage to celebrate in advance cheerene's & yvonne's birthdays. :)
we include the 3 of us plus clement & jeremy who came to join us.

went to suntec city to buy food and stuffs for picnic, where the 2 guys joined us there saying they just happened to bump into us. lol. paiseh ah.. i already told them someone will be joining us for picnic. so not much of a surprise for them.

after buying the stuffs, we realised it was raining outside. D:
nevertheless, we still decided to go over to marina barrage hoping that it will stopped raining when we reached there. and yes, how lucky we were and we were still able to fly kites there!(:

oh yes, i prepared a few simple dares for them.

yay! endured yet another camp! haha.
so as i said i going to slack more during this FOC prep camp, i forgot on the first day which was yesterday. -.-
and was quite enthu and choinging during the station games. and we never failed to cheat in most of the games. HAHAHAHA!
then after first day already very cui le, especially we need to practise our cluster dance in a very humid room at night.

and second day, today, is play water and dirty games.
time to slack! hehe. water game just stood at one corner and use eye power most of the time while cheering for the rest. and dirty game i never play!! wahahaha! xD

actually cos is my tummy pain so never play...
pain from last night till this afternoon for no reason.

oh ya, last night went to try some routes that our OC asked to walk for night walk.
but then, he said like meet us at main lib like that only without telling us the actual route to get there. and after meeting us there, he let us try walk anywhere we want. see we feel where very eerie and the aura very strong one.
was walking with my partner and first to go off and after us, the rest went in fours. -.-
ok, so we anyhow walked here walked there, see where dark then we walked where. LOL
and we walked all the way to the other end of sp.
after that meet 1 group somewhere before seeing where were we supposed to go.

oh well, this like night stroll like that cos the OCs never asked us for our opinions. tsk. waste our time! cos this is not compulsory too. only cluster 2, PHANTOM, went.

ok.... end of prep camp.
overall, ok lo.. but second day need to report too early le! lack of sleep! >:[
hmm.. my clustermates all very fun and some super funny! haha.

so fast another week going to pass soon.
flashback wad happened during the week.

last sun went it show with wendy to buy ink and thumbdrive. and wendy got her earpieces. damn lot of ppl! was holding on to wendy's bag as she squeezed through the ppl.

mon was FOP/FOC training. continued with the mass dance. dun think can learn finish before the camp eh. the pace like slow la.. every training learn a few steps only.

tue work! that day was opened to invited guests from the media. saw some of the artistes like mark lee.. worked from 8am to 3.30pm. already very tired le!!

wed went for the SPDP with yvonne for 1 of the workshops.

thur work again! worked from 8am to 9pm! 13hrs!! tiring seh! but then for the sake of money..! heh. that day was soft opening. got lion dance and dragon dance. then at night was opened to public to come in for free as there's fireworks. since i'm working in the hollywood zone, our carts continued to open till night.
ok la.. at least get to see fireworks quite close up. :D

fri.. yesterday!
morning FOC training. drew cluster banner, helped packed something, lunched, mass dance and station games.

then at night went to weyjian's birthday party! :D

well, yesterday went to watch dance performance by AI dance ensemble at RP.
so much memories~since sec 1 to sec 4.
Moved~ Parcels~

alternate years SYF. and on the years which dun have SYF, we had public concerts by the performing arts groups. so sec1 and 3 were SYF and sec2 'Moved' concert and sec4 'Parcels' concert.

so this year is dun have SYF and AI dance actually held concert by their own without other performing arts groups. meaning one danced for quite a few songs instead of just once.
and the theme was Alice in Wonderland which was theme for last year's SYF.

they called be earlier on, and i had confirmed that i can worked this sun and tues.
and then yesterday, they called and said to inform me the time to report for work for sat and sun. then i was like huh, i cannot work on sat. and the person calling said it was on the schedule that i need to work these 2 days and said she go confirm with the manager first and will call me again.
so i wait for her call. and the second time she called, she said i no need to work on these 2 days.

and later on in the day, another person (the one who usually called to ask me) called and said work for at least 1 day la.. and i was like i sun can but sat cannot work. and he went walao~
cos the last time i worked is way before cny and that was the first time i worked that.

not my fault lo. they early confirmed with me liao then now dun let me work.

seriously enjoyed myself yesterday with the SUJ students especially for the 5 of them who are attached to SPSD. SUJ stands for Soka University of Japan. out of the 5, 1 guys and 4 girls. haha.
after the meeting with cultural performances and testimonials, we brought the 5 of them to maxwell food centre for dinner.

on the way there was get-to-know session. they know simple english but i either got problem with my hearing or my english was that lousy that i dun understand wad they said most of the time. and i need others to tell me wad they saying. yea, they understood wad they said but i dun. -.-

bought local foods like satay and oyster omelette for them.
sat same table as sunny and kao. sunny is really very very enthu and hilarious la.
a very fun person to talk to.
both of them was challenging each other to eating the different types of chilli. like omg la.
then took photos before going for sightseeing.

we anyhow walk here walk there, and we managed to walked to singapore river! lol.
went there cos they wanted to see stamford raffles statue.

and had changed cluster from cluster 4 to cluster 2.
sorry to my cluster 4.. :X now i dunno anyone in cluster 2 except for dtrm peeps and my partner.
ahh yes.. i got partner liao. lol. from DBF. he's a joker.

sat went to the so-called business trip organised by entrepreneurs club and planned by kristen. and i'm the director for this activity k! dun play play. but i this director no need to do anything de. wahahaha.
went to hay dairies. go there see the ppl there squeeze goats' milk. 挤羊奶! lol.
and also listen to them talked about the goats' facts all these.
Goats are like humans. Need to give birth then will produce milk and can produce for 6 months. O.o

toured around there for a while then drink goat milk.

after the trip, i went off first to senja for the SD kenshu.
2d1n kenshu.

first day which is yesterday, a lot of listening to speeches and study and other stuffs.
also got 80 sec of fame by each institution.

slept at 1am plus and woke up at 5am plus.
damn cui... the previous few days also slept for 4 to 5 hours only..!!
super tired la.. kept falling asleep while listening to the ppl on stage talking. :/

second day, today!
morning walked to the nearby open field.
did morning exercise which the steps a lot like chacha steps like that.
ate breakfast, then played games! fun!
went back and have speeches by leaders and also graduating ceremony.

everything ended at 12pm plus.
had breakfast with SPSD and off to lot1 with siow ying.
actually wanted to go see see SHINee de.
but then, cannot go up to fifth floor. resulted in wasted trip there. Zzz

overall, good! kind of enjoyed myself. although i dun like to sleep overnight outside and i was super tired.

i just found out that USS is opened to RWS staffs on mon to wed this week!
and actually my asm called me to ask if i can work on mon anot. then i said got school. and he asked wad about tue and wed, and i said also got school.

damn sian now...
if i go work, i can get to play the rides for FREE!
the ticket costs $60+ $70+ next time when we go there play! so ex can!

and my pay still not in yet...!
supposed to be in on 7th this month. but seems like it's delayed! D:

busy week.
tml crs essay writing. doing research now.

today went to see doctor to get medicine to eat.
hope can recover faster. i hate sore throat!
and my wisdom tooth is growing again! >.< pain! andand, i dunno why my tummy feels weird weird now. gonna sleep early today as advised by my doctor. haha. oh, and i went to trim my hair after seeing the doctor. can't stand it as it got thicker and longer and messier. went to trim it thinner and now my hair looks neater(:

and today in sch so lame, i was chatting on the phone and texting SOMEONE sitting next to me. =.=

yesterday very late then post about open house, so very lazy and forget wad i wanna write about.. now gonna write more in detail about it.

yesterday quite a lot of students asked about tourism. some seem really interested. future juniors(: haha.
hope they understand more about this course and this means that i got explained it clearly. heh.

mr ronald was so funny. and he crapped a bit when talking to the students. not crapped about the course but crapped about us, dtrm students.
he was like saying the girls earlier on very shy, very quiet de, then see us now so active and lively.
then got 1 time i was standing beside him when he explained to the students.. and he told them the sch starts as early as 7.30am on certain days and i was like giving him the huh look. and he asked why give him this look and i replied i thought is 8am?.. then he said i so honest. lol.
then after he finished wad he got to say, he said now let one of my most talkative students to talk to u all, she has been standing here waiting to talk to u all. ._.

and i asked ivan to come visit sp yesterday although he coming with his friends on sat.
so toured him around the sch. but not the whole sch. too big le.
mon release of o'level results. all the best!!
o'level results will be better than prelim results.. although mine was the same for both last time. haha

a lot of parents came today. but today i very slack, went to watch performance halfway cos i want to watch SDZ dance.make me miss dancing. :( i want to learn locking!
after going back, i sat down and do the saikang of taking more brochures out and slot in one piece of card in the brochures.

oh well, gonna blog about the day before sch started. actually should be the day before before that cos mon no lecture. :D Received the msg saying no lecture when i just woke up, then saw the msg, continue sleeping.

ok, talking about that day which is on sunday, i went for the YOG audition with wendy they all.
then in the evening, went cathay de astons to eat with mx they all. lazy to write all names. haha. and these are wad we ate.

walked walked walked, stopped halfway, and think seriously where we wanna go. cos if go marina square also nothing to do..
and they said until going to orchard area and i thought of i wanted to go orchard central to buy planner.
so we turned and walked back the same way and towards orchard central.
good form of exercise after dinner.

went up to the very top floor and camwhore session.

went sch for 2 tutorials. skipped lectures and went for rws on-site orientation. and also the practical assessment!
there very nice!! the rides all like so fun like that! i want got there play someday. :D
after the orientation, went back to sch to meet other SPSD ppl and to senja after dinner.
and i get to know 1 more dtrm senior(:

yesterday spent half of christmas day at home and another half at popo's house.
today rotting at home too. nvm, now raining go out also very troublesome. haha

since christmas over le, a new year is coming! 6 more days.. counting down.

CHRISTMAS EVE!
class going to someone's house to celebrate christmas.
didn't go cos had training in the morning and was tired after that.
hope u guys have fun ya. :D

talking about trainings.... today is the second last training! so monday will be the graduation day. haha
and today the managers bought a super big cake for us. and yesterday kuehs from bengawan solo. so nice of them... but actually the money came from the latecomers. and i got contribute $2.50 ok! -.-

well, 9 days of trainings...
know a lot of ppl and make some new friends..
mention some here...
Atikah. know her during the interview. she was sitting beside me.
and she always wait for me at je mrt station cos i'm always late a bit.
Ferlyn. senior! recognized her on the first day cos she was the facil during dtrm camp.
and she recognized me too and talked to me first.
Kacie. fellow coursemate(: but i only know that after a few days of trainings and is someone told me she's same sch and course as me. lol.
and really get to know her on this mon i think. cos we same table.
Xian Yao. know him on 3rd day of training when we were all waiting for the shuttle bus and wondering there's shuttle bus at that time.
funny person, he kept saying about his jc not good. lol. shall not say which sch he's from here.
and he posted to same place as me. :D
Wei Hao. also 3rd day know him at the shuttle bus waiting area there.
went mystery shopping with him and 2 other ppl. quite funny, kept teasing the malays.
same place as me ohh. :D
got 1 girl i forget her name and her friend, JiaJia.
both very friendly. JiaJia very good at Simon Says!
they are waiting for O'level results.. wish them all the best.
SiTian. know her like the day before yesterday on tues. actually mon sat at the same table as her but never talk to each other cos she sitting across me.
so tues then really get to know her.
a cute little girl, also very friendly(: like her smile.

Angelica ( i hope i spell correctly). know her yesterday.
super friendly and helpful. offered to help me hold my question paper while i checked my answers.
Ebby. know her just now. same store as me(: actually one of days i was at the same table as her. but again, she sat across me, so never talked to her..
so sweet of her to send me a christmas msg a while ago(:

not a lot of new friends. but these few are those really regards me as friend as they will smile and say hello to me when pass by each other. and also will chat a bit.
really glad to know them during the trainings and mon will be the last day to see them. :(
but hope to see them in USS when we start work there. :D

woke up damn early today to go for first training at 8am.
but late. is becos cannot find the shuttle bus lo.
in the end took cab there. -.- waste money.

went there with someone that i know during that time interview.
reached there know another who was sitting next to me.
the one ice-breaking game didn't help cos i can't remember any of the faces that i talked to. LOL
there's 120+ ppl there.
oh, and i saw 1 familiar face! dtrm year2 senior. =] i recognised her from dtrm camp. =]]

on the way home, i immediately sat down when i saw empty seat. too tired le. :X
tml again from 8am till 3pm.
and wed onwards is from 9am to 6pm!! Zzz

also, when no work, will feel like finding a job to earn money. but when u found a job, will feel like there's no freedom and no more holiday.

went pasir ris park for cip with kristen's class yesterday.
i'm such a kind-hearted person who love doing cip, helping ppl. =] hahahaha

so this time round is this family day like that and we as volunteers go help facilitate the activities.
2-3 volunteers were attached to 1 family throughout the day to help them in games.
and the family that i'm attached to is a malay family.
not being racist, but the child of the family kept speaking malay as if i will understand like that.
and he kept running towards the sea and i or kristen had to run after him to pull him back away from the sea.

got this one point of time, i was getting the boy back with my right hand holding to his hand. and out of nowhere, a indian girl held my left hand.
and after getting the boy back to his family, this indian girl asked me to carry her.
knowing that she will kept asking ppl to caryy her and being such a kind person, i dun have the heart to reject her.
and so, i carried her walking around to where she wanna go.
she seriously strained all the energy of me and when i finally had no strength to carry her, i looked towards her mummy with a pitiful look. and she told her daughter off by saying, u just want ppl to carry u around right. u thought ppl won't get tired issit. i was nodding my head hard in my mind agreeing to wad she said.
now my arms are aching! tsk.
but she kept wanting to follow me. i was then saved by someone asking volunteers to gather. phew!

one of the activities: kite-flying!
in my 17 years of living, it's the first time that i fly kites! haha. very suaku.
but i'm proud of myself for being so pro as i helped 2 kids get their kites flying high in the sky, temporary.
still, satisfied that they were happy.
also, helped kristen's friend get her kite flying 2 times.
=]

after everything ended, went ehub for dinner for some of them.
i ate quite a lot during bbq already! xD
and there's this machine which will move move move like playing rollercoaster like that.
kristen played with 1 of her friends. 2 times.
she kept screaming luh. and the 2nd time, she said she won't scream le but in the end still scream till so loud. not that i believed she really won't scream la.. lol
and she frightened 1 child who was watching, thinking that it will be scary. tsktsk.

went home after that.
and wow, i know most of the ppl in kristen's class. -.-

went for interview for RWS yesterday with yvonne, cheerene and samuel.
well, on the spot get recruit de. but then they 3 not working cos they have dance competition on one of the training days.
went to interview for retail de. actually wanted crew de, but went there too late, so no more spaces le. >.<

training from 14-28 dec. there goes my holidays. lol
actually got some plans during holidays le but need to cancel cos of the training.
like 17 dec actually going to do cip which is bringing stuffs to needy families that 1 senior asks me if i wanna go anot earlier on.
have agreed but now cannot go le. =(

my MST starts tml till fri.

but after a while, he ran towards the door and starting crying again. get her mummy for him.
then later later on, he was in the room again and he never cried and started playing with lego!

so fast, one week gone again.
let see wad i had done this week..

mon, helped out for food implosion. 10 apples, 6 bananas, 10 raisin breads and 4 NEWater bottles.
4 rounds with each round 6 teams competing.
helped time for 1 table and checked if they got eat clean clean the apples anot.
then last team at my table got 1 guy extra.. he never eat enough for an apple and i was telling him have to eat more. then he asked why leh. and i said need to eat until like *point to the other eaten apples* and he said u eat la.
idiot. i disqualify u on the spot then u know ah.. anyway, this team was the slowest for this round.

so mon never go for OM lecture. and i had sports elective in the evening.
somehow, it rained every mon when i'm going jogging.

tues, OM tutorial doing that egg activity.
egg cracked until very jialat. dun even need to open up to see. cos u can see yellow yellow on the outer layer.
no PTH tutorial that day so actually can go home early de. but stayed back to do research for FOM pbl.

wed, went to eat at sakae sushi with wendy.
and i only took 1 pic.

this is a new dish there and wendy wanted to try it. salmon in dunno wad sauce.
and it tastes awful. asked wendy to eat all since is she ordered de but didn't finish it in the end.

thurs, CRS that articles thingy, mine is next week so can sleep more! :D

went to my religion thingy and its Joanne's birthday yesterday!
due to miscommunication, there's 2 birthday cakes. lol

fri, today! FOM pbl presentation. need to do more research after george teo saw our slides.
went to food implosion after that.
4 large kfc mashed potatoes, 2 pancakes ( that round round with a hole in the middle de), 1 1.5L soft drink, 4 pizzas(!) and 4 NEWater bottles.

yeah~ i survived week 3. the very very busy week.
mon IDEA and PTH presentations.. haiz.. IDEA ppt gave me problem. opened the ppt but there's nothing inside. and sad to say, i only saved the completed de to thumbdrive. my laptop de is half completed one. so i quickly go do my ppt again. luckily not a lot of words in my slides.

SPSS test. some questions dunno how to do.

fri DANCE concert. not bad not bad.
sat a bit far from the stage.. but still managed to spot familiar faces.

yesterday! went to play bball with eileen and kristen again.
again, we had to put up with kristen's craziness. haiz... LOL
went upstair to visit eileen's rabbit.

then went northpoint de Xing Wang Cafe for brunch.
ate half-boiled eggs and french toast.
and eileen's toast haven come after waiting very long. in the end, is that auntie never heard her order or wad de..
but while waiting, took some photos of them... and eileen took me too.

they camera-shy. haha

after that, went home to bathe, blah blah blah.
and went bishan find kristen. she at there cut hair. and HIGHLIGHT hair some more seh. haha
waited there for her till i fell asleep. LOL.
then rushed to harbourfront there for my religious thingy. late for 1hr sia.

after that, dinner at mac. and shopped for kristen's shoes.
home sweet home. :D

tml need to be in sch at 9am!!! cos i'm the helper for the food implosion.

this week super super busy! think going to have dark circles around my eyes le.
everyday so late sleep and so early wake up.
i will die from lack of sleep if this goes on..! lol

oh ya. i put this pic as my msn dp. and kristen said i look nerdy and asked who specs is this.
and i said is mine, then she asked when i bought it de, why she dunno.
and i said got DEGREE de specs!
=.= that's my specs since last year wad..

maybe 1 day i shall wear specs to sch..
or wait till i no money to buy contact lens, then bobian need wear specs to sch. lol
